White Collar Ltd is committed to upholding the highest ethical standards in all areas of our business. We take our responsibilities under the Modern Slavery Act 2015 seriously and continuously assess potential risks related to modern slavery within our operations and supply chains.
White Collar is a leading maths and English tuition provider in the UK, operating across 95 physical and 10 virtual centres. We offer both in-centre and online tuition, ensuring accessible, high-quality learning experiences for children nationwide.
Our Head Office and all trading premises are based in the UK, and we proudly employ over 3,500 staff members, all dedicated to helping children achieve their full potential through expert tuition and personalised learning support.
White Collar Ltd maintains a zero-tolerance approach to the mistreatment of individuals and is fully committed to upholding human rights in all aspects of our operations. We strictly prohibit and do not condone any form of slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labor, or human trafficking.
We recognise our responsibility in identifying and eradicating modern slavery from our business and supply chains. With over 300 salaried employees and 3,200 variable-hours employees, we ensure that all staff read and acknowledge our Policies and Procedures annually, with a mandatory understanding check.

White Color operates a robust recruitment and employment process, ensuring equal treatment, compliance with UK employment law, and protection of human rights for all staff.
We are legally required to perform Right to Work checks on all employees to prevent illegal employment. Before starting work, all employees must provide proof of their eligibility to work in the UK.
To ensure compliance, Explore Learning follows these procedures:
✔ Use of IDVT (Identification Document Validation Technology) for Right to Work verification.
✔ Secure storage of document copies in our employee database.
✔ Recorded verification date for internal tracking.
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards slavery and human trafficking. All suppliers and contractors must align with our ethical values. Senior managers oversee compliance within their departments and supplier relationships, ensuring continuous monitoring and enforcement.
Our supply chains include 50+ suppliers, covering areas from building maintenance to technology. We:

✔ Review supplier modern slavery policies to ensure alignment with our standards.
✔ Demand corrective action if a supplier fails to meet ethical standards, with contract termination as a last resort.
✔ Whistleblowing Policy – Protects employees reporting risks of modern slavery.
✔ Ongoing Review – We continuously assess and improve policies.
✔ Annual Compliance Checks – All employees must review and acknowledge our policies each year.
