  • Non-Refundable Fees: Registration fees and administrative charges are non-refundable.

  • Before Course Start:
    • Full Refund: If a student cancels their enrollment at least 7 days prior to the scheduled course start date, a full refund of the course fee will be provided (excluding non-refundable fees).
    • Partial Refund: If a student withdraws less than 7 days before the course starts, 50% of the course fee will be refunded.
  • After Course Start:
    • No Refund: Once the course has begun, refunds will not be issued for any reason, including dissatisfaction, schedule changes, or technical issues on the student’s end.

4. Special Circumstances

  • Medical Emergencies: In the event of a documented medical emergency preventing continued attendance, a partial refund may be considered. The refund amount will be determined based on the number of completed sessions and is subject to approval.
  • Instructor Unavailability: If White Collar Tutors is unable to provide scheduled classes due to instructor unavailability, students will be given the option to reschedule, switch to a different course, or receive a prorated refund for the missed sessions.

5. Refund Process

  • Request Submission: All refund requests must be submitted in writing to admin@whitecollartutors.com or via WhatsApp. Please include the student’s full name, course details, and reason for the request.
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the approved request and returned through the original payment method.

Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Missed Classes: Refunds will not be given for unattended classes, regardless of prior notice.
  • Technical Issues: White Collar Tutors is not responsible for issues related to internet connectivity, software, or devices on the student’s end.
