FAQs – Your Questions Answered

Our tutors must be at least 16 years old, as required by our Ofsted registration.

🔹 If you’re under 16, please wait until one month before your 16th birthday to apply.
🔹 Online tutors must be 17 or over to apply.

You can log in to check the status of your application at any time.

Each centre is led by a Centre Director and an Assistant Director, supported by a team of 15-30 part-time tutors, depending on the number of members attending.

Most of our tutors work in person at one of our centres or remotely as part of our online teams. If you apply for a role at a physical centre, you’ll primarily work on-site, though you may have opportunities for online shifts as part of your development journey.

When online tutoring roles are available, you can find them by searching “online” in our current vacancies. These roles are highly popular and may only be open for a limited time, so if there are no current openings, please check back later.

Your contract will require a minimum of 6 hours per week, though most tutors work 10-12 hours weekly. You’ll typically have consistent shifts each week.

Working hours may vary based on membership demand and your availability.
